Welcome.

Hi, my name is Anne, itโ€™s nice to meet you!

The fact that you're here reading this is exciting and I am so glad you are exploring your options. Knowing change is needed and asking for help are common challenges we all face and taking that  first step is an invaluable act of courage. I want all of my clients to know that I am in no way superior in my thoughts, opinions and experiences. My goal is simply to offer a safe non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever needs to come out of you. What I do offer is active listening and reflecting which allows you to see and hear yourself more clearly so that you can make the changes that you feel are right for you. Sometimes change is as simple as accepting something the way that it is. Other times we may actively work on changing thoughts or behaviors to live a more fulfilling life. And most of the time it's a  lot of both. Therapy is not a fixed process with a specific set of measurable outcomes (even if some things can be measured). It is a dynamic, exciting, cooperative and sometimes a little scary process of uncovering, learning, un- learning and relearning.

Whatever it is that brings you to my office, my expertise allows you to unburden yourself of your internal world and reshape it in a way that makes you feel lighter and filled with   more love for yourself and others (if of course that's what you want ๐Ÿ˜‰)

Looking forward to working with you!
